Mel Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee shop that leaves a lasting impression with every sip. Although the shop is small and has no seating inside, standing at the door to enjoy a freshly brewed pour-over coffee is a simple yet healing experience. I ordered the Ethiopian single origin, which had a fragrant aroma, refreshing fruity acidity, and a delicate floral aftertaste. The baristas are friendly and professional, happy to introduce the flavors of beans from different origins. Seeing the vintage roasting machine used for on-site roasting, you can feel their dedication and passion for coffee. The prices are a bit high, but definitely worth it for those who appreciate high-quality coffee.
