Charming and Delightful Osaka Travel Review
A Dream-Filled Journey to the Land of the Rising Sun

こんにちは〜 🇯🇵 Who dreams of going to Japan?
Let me share a super cute trip in Osaka, the city of smiles, delicious treats, kind people, and sparkling lights that captured my heart from the very first day 🍥✨

🌸 Day 1: Arrived in Japan, yay~!
We flew directly to Kansai International Airport (KIX) early in the morning. The sky was a bit cloudy, but my heart was full of excitement. As soon as we landed, we rushed to buy the Osaka Amazing Pass because it lets you ride the subway and enter many places for free. Totally worth it! ✨
Then we headed straight into Osaka city on the Nankai Airport Express. It took about 45 minutes, and we arrived in a city full of energy, charming in a unique way, very different from Tokyo. It has a warm, homey vibe mixed perfectly with a hip atmosphere.

🏨 On the first night, we stayed in the Namba area, perfect for foodies and shoppers! After checking in, we took a light stroll around Dotonbori to see the famous Glico sign. Seeing it in person was way more spectacular than I imagined! Dozens of people were taking photos, striking the classic runner pose with raised hands by the sign 😆

🍜 Day 2: Eating until you burst in Osaka
If you love food… Osaka is a dream city! This morning we started at Kuromon Ichiba Market, a fresh market full of delicious food! Sushi, sashimi, soft grilled tamagoyaki over charcoal, takoyaki crispy outside and soft inside (you have to try the real thing in Osaka!), and huge, juicy strawberries 🍓

In the afternoon, we took the train to Osaka Castle, a very majestic castle with a strong Japanese historical vibe, surrounded by beautiful gardens and blooming flowers. The lush greenery made every spot perfect for photos 🍃💚

🌆 In the evening, we went back to stroll around Shinsaibashi, Osaka’s largest shopping district. So many brands, cute shops, and a huge 100 yen Daiso store that’s a shopper’s paradise. My eyes were overwhelmed! We walked until our legs were tired but felt so happy (I definitely recommend bringing an extra bag for shopping 😅)

🎢 Day 3: Universal Studios~!
Today was the most exciting day because we went to Universal Studios Japan (USJ)! 🏰🌈
Even though we had to wake up early and the line was long from the front gate, once inside it felt like stepping into a magical and fun world! 🎡

Harry Potter fans will scream! The Wizarding World of Harry Potter zone is just like in the movies. Walking past Honeydukes, you can smell the sweet butterbeer and hear owls from Hogwarts Castle—my heart was pounding!

There’s also Super Nintendo World, which I have to say is so cute it melts your heart 🍄🍌 Running around collecting coins with Mario, wearing a red hat, feeling like a cartoon character. You must book in advance because it’s super crowded.

🎠 Day 4: Exploring the old city with a gentle heart
Today we planned a day trip to Kyoto, just a 40-minute JR train ride from Osaka! 💨
We started at Fushimi Inari Shrine with thousands of red torii gates lined up like stepping into a fantasy world. Every photo angle was beautiful—an aesthetic lover’s must-see!

Then we strolled through the Gion district, found traditional Japanese sweets shops, and saw cherry blossoms gently falling on the street (so romantic, like a movie scene 🥹🌸). In the evening, we returned to Osaka feeling full in both body and soul 💕

🍡 Day 5: Goodbye Osaka… but my heart stays here
On the last morning, we woke up early, packed, sipped coffee at a small café near Namba, walked back to the Glico sign one more time, and said “またね〜 Osaka” with a heart that didn’t want to leave 😭💓

• The Japanese people who are so friendly and smiley
• The unbelievably delicious snacks and food
• The city views blending modernity with ancient culture
• Charming little shops full of character
• Convenient transportation, clear maps, and English widely available

This trip felt like a dream 💭 If you’re hesitating about going to Osaka, I say “Go for it!” and you’ll fall in love just like I did without even realizing it 🍥💘
