【Osaka Kaiseki Ceiling! Must-Try New Branch of Michelin 3-Star Kashiwaya】

A new branch of the Michelin 3-star kaiseki old restaurant "Kashiwaya" is hidden in the heart of Osaka city! There are only six seats at the counter, and every dish is a work of art~ The tableware and dish design are very thoughtful. Even without using expensive ingredients, they achieve the level of "a little is already very satisfying"!

The most unforgettable is the glutinous rice anago soufflé, with a dense texture paired with savory fresh fish—so innovative! Wagyu beef with seasonal white asparagus, tender meat and sweet asparagus, every bite is full of spring vibes~ A friend who had previously dined at the Hong Kong branch said they have been longing for it ever since. This place is truly a hidden gem in the kaiseki world! Even more wonderful, the new branch’s head chef once worked at the Hong Kong store, such a subtle connection~

If you want to try kaiseki but are afraid it’s too formal, this place is perfect! Exquisite yet down-to-earth, definitely visiting again next time I go to Osaka~
