Who would have thought! At the Osaka Expo, I experienced a "no reservation sprint," rushing through over 10 pavilions in one day, pushing my walking pace to the max 🚶♀️
I thought it would be impossible to get anywhere without a reservation, but at 10 AM I rushed into the East Gate and queued up wherever I found a line! At the Women’s Pavilion, some kind Beijing sisters kindly shared tips on "timely ticket refreshing." The Canada and UAE pavilions were all about "just queue when passing by," and the half-hour fast pass was super satisfying~ The French pavilion’s line leader almost gave up, the US pavilion was so popular they couldn’t even manage the stamp station, but the Malaysia pavilion was full of surprises, with staff leading dances that instantly wiped away my fatigue 💃
The pure wooden roof of the China pavilion was stunning! I heard it will be dismantled and used for charity housing, full of warmth~ Next to the Korea pavilion, I accidentally wandered into the Indonesia pavilion, where traditional costumes and dances totally lit up the atmosphere. From history and culture to local specialties, you can even watch a movie and rest after exiting the pavilion—so thoughtful it made me cry 😭
I queued from 6 to 7 AM to get into the Japan pavilion. Although I was exhausted by the end, the interior was so thoughtfully designed that it was worth spending three times the usual time there! Finally, I rushed to the souvenir shop; the keychains were a bit pricey at 1300 yen each, but I couldn’t resist bringing back a memory~
After walking 30,000 steps in one day, from the chaos of no reservations to surprises everywhere, the Expo perfectly captured the "human warmth and creativity." This trip was totally worth it!
