In 2023, the hotel joined IHG's Vignette Collection soft brand and participates in the IHG Rewards Club loyalty program.

🚗 Location: Situated on Nakanoshima Island, adjacent to the Osaka International Convention Center. While transportation isn't extremely convenient, the hotel offers frequent complimentary shuttle buses to Osaka Station with full luggage assistance—a nice touch. The Osaka Expo transfer buses pick up/drop off right at the hotel entrance (remember to book tickets in advance). Rooms have recently been renovated with the latest design style—minimalist and modern, featuring new hardware.

The grand lobby features an impressive waterfall, showcasing the extravagant style of Japan's golden era—spacious with crystal chandeliers, rows of massive columns, and full grandeur. The hotel houses several upscale shops, multiple banquet halls, and even a Chinese restaurant upstairs. The lounge is spacious with diverse, beautifully presented food options and quality drinks. When I just wanted to sit for a quick drink, the attentive server immediately brought a tray of snacks—service is truly exceptional.
