A little episode✨
The moment I arrived at the entrance, the staff came to greet me and took my large luggage.

I also gave them the name under which I was staying.

They guided me to the elevator and we headed to the 29th floor.

When the elevator opened on the 29th floor, waiting right in front was a staff member with a wonderful smile.

“We’ve been expecting you, Mr./Ms. 〇〇,”

they called my name and welcomed me👏

Luxury hotels always call you by your name, don’t they?
Being called by name makes you happy, and I learned the importance of remembering and using guests’ names from luxury hotels.
