ABENO HARUKAS.

Tallest observatory tower in Osaka. Came here at 8pm on a weekday, and there was no lineup but I missed the beautiful sunset scene. If you want to take advantage of both the twilight and night view, then time your visit.

There is a bit of light effect while taking the elevator up to the 60F and that was interesting.
