The appetizers on this day were full of summer flavor✨️
Each dish was gently seasoned, offering a different flavor with every bite.
A refreshing start to the meal was a welcome treat.

🍽 Shaoxing Wine Flavored Cheese Monaka
The contrast between the crisp, fragrant monaka and the rich, gooey cream cheese is irresistible.
This is a savory, adult-style monaka with a subtle Shaoxing wine aroma. 💕

🍽 Moist Chicken
A dish of moist, tender chicken coated in a spicy sauce.
The crunch of the celery and cucumber adds a refreshing touch.
It was so delicious you couldn't stop eating it.☺️

🍽 Fried Eggplant with Chili and Sansho Pepper
The moment it arrived on the table, I was like, "Wow! Amazing!" It was overflowing with chili peppers and sansho pepper.
The eggplant inside was fried to a crisp, and the sansho pepper flavor and the exquisite saltiness made it addictive.
It was also topped with plenty of finely chopped green onions and cilantro.

🍽 Melty Braised Pork in Zhenjiang Black Vinegar
This is one of our most popular dishes.
The braised pork is so tender it can be easily cut with chopsticks, infused with the rich flavor and mellow tang of black vinegar aged for over six months.
Not too sweet, not too sour—the perfect balance. 🙆♀️
A flavor that'll make you crave rice. 🥰

🍽 Shark Fin Rice in a Saucepan
The moment you open the lid of the clay pot, a refined aroma wafts up along with the steam. ✨️
The rich shark fin flavor is strong, and the thick sauce clings to the rice, creating a truly exquisite dish!
We savored the piping hot dish, huffing and puffing until the very last bite.

🍨 Special Ice Cream
A slightly bitter coffee ice cream with the aroma of coconut and sesame.
A moderately sweet, adult dessert that was satisfying to the last bite.

Not only was the food excellent, but the service was also very attentive, and the staff's smiles were memorable. ☺️
We were able to enjoy a leisurely course meal in a cozy, relaxing atmosphere.
It was fully booked during lunchtime, so reservations are recommended. ◎

It was a wonderful restaurant that I'd love to return to for special occasions.
