Based on the concept of "luxurious time to savor the season," the restaurant offers a monthly changing course menu featuring carefully selected ingredients from all over Japan. The appetizer is impressive with its tart plum and fragrant sweetfish, while the edamame tofu and conger eel soup is refreshingly summery. The grilled sea bass has an exquisite blend of the sweetness of the onion miso and the tartness of the mountain peach, while the potato and octopus nankin has a gentle flavor. The melting umami of the seared Japanese black beef is a perfect match with the refreshing coolness of the Kamo eggplant.
The corn-cooked rice was fragrant with truffle butter, making for a satisfying course from start to finish. The peach ice cream was full of fruity flavor and had a delicious aftertaste.
