Cantonese-style Shumai with Tobiko (2 pieces) - 770 yen
Instead of minced meat, the shumai is made with hand-cut chunks of Kinako pork shoulder loin! It also includes shrimp, bamboo shoots, and pork back fat, topped generously with tobiko (flying fish roe). This is not your typical Japanese-style Chinese shumai but an authentic Cantonese version.
