Shinseikai is one of Osaka's must-see tourist attractions. It's usually crowded at night, when the shops are beautifully lit and the restaurants are plentiful. Today, we decided to visit during the day.

During the day, it's less crowded than at night, making it a relaxing stroll. Each alley is centered around the Tsutenkaku Tower.

Tsutenkaku, which translates to "shells waiting to reach heaven," stands 103 meters tall and offers a stunning viewpoint in Osaka. Inside, the tower houses shops and activities like a giant waterslide.
