Weinan Xihai Park, located in Linwei District, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, is the first phase of the West Waterfront District project on the south bank of the Wei River, covering an area of approximately 4,500 mu. The park is planned to feature eight functional areas: a central waterscape area, a West Sea viewing area, a children's activity area, a waterside experience area, an ecological recreation area, a creative cultural area, a commercial and leisure area, and a waterscape activity area. By comprehensively utilizing and developing the Wei River's mudflats, the park will integrate public fitness, leisure consumption, cultural exhibitions, and emergency shelters.
The warm temperate continental monsoon climate has four distinct seasons, with changeable spring weather, hot and rainy summer, cool and refreshing autumn, and sunny, cold and dry winter. All four seasons are suitable for travel.
