Expo Sauna "TAIYO TSUBOMI" Sauna at the Osaka Expo

The Osaka Expo's sauna facility, called the Sun Bud, is located west of the venue. It's a futuristic healing space themed "Design for a Future Society Where Life Shines." This is no ordinary sauna; it's a living, breathing futuristic healing installation. Constructed of ETFE film, it's shaped like a flower bud. Through natural light and LED lighting, it blends sunlight, wind, sea, and fragrance to provide healing and relaxation for all five senses. Visitors can experience sauna, cold plunge, and an open-air rest area, and participate in the staff-led "11-Step Sauna Ritual." The sauna and cold plunge are mixed, with five sessions per day, and a maximum of 14 people per session. Bring your own swimsuit and trunks; towels (which must be returned) and a bottle of Pocari Sweat will be provided. Experiencing an outdoor sauna that blends technology and nature with a view of Osaka Bay is truly a wonderful experience.
