【Otaru Canal‼ ️】

One of the famous tourist spots in Hokkaido is Otaru. This city once flourished as a port of call for Kitamae ships. As a result, many old buildings remain even today.

The best way to enjoy the Otaru Canal is on an Otaru Canal Cruise. The Otaru Canal shows different scenery in each season, and you can enjoy a 40-minute cruise. Daytime tickets are 1,800 yen. Night cruises are 2,000 yen (reservations required).

Another tourist spot in Otaru is the remains of the #formerJNR Temiya Line. Here, the old railway tracks remain.

Both spots are within a 15-minute walk from Otaru Station. Otaru Station is about 45 minutes from #Sapporo, so you can also take a #daytrip from Sapporo.
