Hotel GRIDS Premium Otaru

By chance, I checked into the GRIDS Otaru Hotel today. The hotel lobby is located in the basement and there are enough staff at the counter to assist with check-in. Daily necessities are available in the lobby, including toothpaste and toothbrushes. There is a paid washing and drying machine in the basement for easy arrangement of clothes, and a microwave for heating food. The hotel also offers a buffet breakfast in the basement, focusing on Japanese breakfast dishes.

Although there are few rooms in the hotel, they are sufficient for short-term guests. There is no wardrobe, but the refrigerator is big enough for two bottles of drinks. The bathroom facilities are sufficient, and if you don't have enough towels, you can ask the counter for them.

There is a hot spring bathing area on the 11th floor of this hotel, which is separated by gender. You can take a bath inside or outside. Both the inside and outside baths offer a view of the coastline, but the experience of taking a bath outside is completely different. It's a pity that the bathhouse didn't provide drinks and the machines were not repaired, which was a failure.

The hotel staff were all willing to help. Due to the luggage issue, I wanted to take a car directly from the hotel to Sapporo. Thanks to Ms. Saito in the hotel, she helped me find a solution and I was able to continue my trip smoothly. When I get there, I can also praise this trainee for her service. Because compared with other hotel colleagues, she demonstrated her ability to help others, which added a lot of points to the hotel.
