Otaru's famous restaurant Kurosawa

I visited Kurosawa, a popular restaurant chain in Otaru. It's famous for its gyukatsu (beef cutlet), but I went there for the eel shabu-shabu.

The portions were larger than expected, and the sukiyaki dipped in the egg mixture was incredibly light and delicious. I highly recommend it. Above all, the eel was incredibly delicious, and the sansho (Japanese pepper) sprinkled on top made it melt in your mouth.
