Hokkaido with snow is the most beautiful and romantic

Many shops are closed on January 1st in Japan, so we decided to go to Otaru for a walk.

Because of the snow we had to walk very carefully, probably 5 to 10 minutes walk to the Otaru Canal along the way we saw many specialty shops.

Otaru Canal Sightseeing attractions in Otaru, the total length of the canal is about 1.1 km. We walked slowly along the Otaru Canal to the opposite side.

Coming to Otaru, there is actually continuous snow, sometimes super heavy snow, sometimes light snow, snowing Otaru, really beautiful!

I actually brought three pairs of gloves on this trip, as well as one that is waterproof for skiing!
