Yun Lai Viewpoint, just a short drive from Pai, in northern Thailand—and wow, what a magical experience! The entire area was covered in a soft mist, with mountains peeking through like islands in the clouds. 🏔️☁️

What makes this place even more special is its Chinese Yunnan heritage. The viewpoint is located near a small Chinese village called Santichon, settled by Yunnanese people who migrated to Thailand decades ago. You can feel the Chinese culture everywhere—from the architecture and tea houses to the peaceful atmosphere and traditional breakfast (don’t miss the Yunnan tea!).

Watching the sunrise here felt like stepping into another world. Quiet, calm, and full of beauty.

If you’re ever in Pai, make sure to visit Yun Lai. Come early, bring a sweater, and soak in the view.
