I would like to review and share my impressions with

Rancho Charnvee Resort Khaoyai Hotel.

Following up on my daughter's birthday trip, I looked at accommodations with activities for children. So I booked accommodation with the resort and informed the staff that I was staying on the occasion of my daughter's birthday. The staff were very nice and asked for a photo of the birthday person and their name. This was already impressive from the beginning.

As expected, when we arrived at the accommodation, we saw balloons, photos with wishes in a nice frame, and a beautifully arranged cake. My daughter was so happy that she jumped up.

Everyone thinks that this is normal for hotels, right? But no, there's more.

In the morning after breakfast, we sat down to relax at the resort's cafe called Trot Cafe. We planned to sit and sip coffee. We ordered coffee and waited for a while. The staff brought a plate of pancakes with a Happy Birthday message written on it for our daughter again. It was a surprise and exceeded our expectations.

So it turned out to be a trip that was filled with only impressions over and over again. I would like to thank all the staff. The staff here are really lovely.
