Situated on nearly 9 rai of land, the property is divided into a farm and rice paddy area (4 rai) at the back, and a cafe and accommodation area at the front. Every element is designed to feel truly close to nature.

The decor is contemporary—incorporating bamboo and natural materials throughout, including bamboo walkways and bridges, country house structures, and rustic-style relaxation areas. There are both waterside and rooftop relaxation areas offering 360° views.

The cafe here is charming, featuring a modern country house style, using natural materials and inspired by the renowned architect from "Baan Rai Arun" in Ranong Province.
