Audrey, the main restaurant here, is an all-day dining venue, starting with a breakfast buffet (if you go on Friday-Sunday, it's a full buffet breakfast, but on other days, it's a mini buffet). I ate here every meal: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I got to try a wide variety of dishes, from Thai to international, all perfectly balanced. The pomelo salad was served with large grilled river prawns. The tom yum goong (shrimp soup), the grilled chicken curry, and the beef fat fried rice were incredibly flavorful. The truffle cream ravioli was rich and creamy, with a truffle aroma. The salmon pasta was a Japanese carbonara-style dish, with seaweed, salmon roe, and shrimp roe. Finally, the afternoon tea set included a full range of sweet and savory canapes.
