Worship the Buddha image in the Kesathat posture at Wat Sanam Nuea

#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck
🏘Wat Sanam Nuea is believed to have been built after the excavation of the Lat Kret Canal. Originally named Wat Sanam, the temple became deserted when the Burmese war broke out.
🏕In 1829, a new temple was established. King Rama V once visited four temples in Nonthaburi to bestow royal Kathin robes, including this one.
Highlights of the temple include:
🏠The Thai-style ubosot (ordination hall) houses the principal Buddha image in the Mara-Vijaya posture.
🎄The Buddha image courtyard under the Bodhi tree houses a Buddha image in the Kesathat posture, over 400 years old.
🛕The Phra Sri Chulamani Chedi, a Mon-style chedi with twelve recessed corners in the middle of a pond, was built in 1886 and stands 16 meters high.
