[Philippines/Manila] Okada Manila, one of the largest integrated resort facilities in Asia

#manilatrips This is my first time in Okada Manila & it was fairly a good experience.
All the staff are well-trained to do their roles and they perform to the smallest detail.
The check in was later than usual hotels at 15:00 but there were so many things to do while waiting for the room. While the receptionist said she will call us once the room was ready for an earlier check in at 13:00, she forgot to call us and maybe it was lost in hand-over to the incoming staff.
When we got to reception at 14:30 we learned the room was ready.
They had a really spacious bathroom where you can find the Japan famous auto-toilets and a nice shower, too.
The jet bath was nice & clean until you turned on the air as there were stuck dust inside that came out of the bath. But that is just a small case for me. We just had to start over, drained the water & re-filled it. The air also wasn't as strong as expected. (Should've taken a video.)
I love the fact that I could control the curtains, lights with the iPad that came with the room.
They are also quick to send in additional consumables when requested.
However, I looked everywhere and I didn't find any hair dryer anywhere, good thing my mom brought hers. I don't know if it could've been requested but I think it should've been readily available to guests.
Also this is very close to the Mall of Asia and the airport which is very convenient. It was still a 5star experience overall.
