There's an amazing Lebanese restaurant in Parramatta, Sydney's West called Baba Ganouj. It's a bit off the beaten track of the popular Eat Street, but still in the vicinity. It looks so authentic, like you're actually in Lebanon!🇱🇧

The beautiful woman gracing the entry is none other than the Lebanese legend Fairuz, a singer with an incredible voice. We also had the pleasure of listening to her beautiful music in the restaurant🎶

We went there for a simple dessert, chocolate fudge cake Lebanese style with a caramel chip and pistachios sprinkled over, finished with a sprig of mint. It was incredible!🍰
