Mount Bromo

Mount Bromo is an active somma volcano and part of the Tengger mountains, in East Java, Indonesia. At 2,329 meters it is not the highest peak of the massif. Currently Mount Bromo has been reopened for tourists. it can be accessed again with paying attention to safety & health protocols that have been determined by the local government. The location of Mount Bromo is in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park area there are 4 different ways for tourists to get there. The most often chosen route is from Probolinggo because the access is very easy and there are many hotels available to stay.
To access any places of Mount Bromo, visitors usually use a jeep. But don't worry because of around the location of Mount Bromo, there are so many jeeps that are rented out by local residents for around IDR 500.000.- (penanjakan 1 - Bromo and the meeting points in Sukapura).
Some tips that I can give when you want to visit Mount Bromo are to make sure you have ordered tickets online,. because currently tickets can only be purchased online through this site and because there are restrictions of the number of tourists each day, make sure you book the tickets in advance.
