The Pattani Central Mosque is located in Aneru Subdistrict, Mueang Pattani District, Pattani Province. Designed with beautiful and distinctive architecture, it is one of the most important religious centers for Muslims in southern Thailand.
The Pattani Central Mosque is primarily used for religious activities (prayers) five times a day. This includes Friday prayers and Lunar New Year prayers. It is popular with Thai Muslims in Pattani and other areas, both domestically and internationally. On Saturdays, classes are held, with approximately 3,000 attendees. The purpose of the mosque is to enhance knowledge and understanding of religious principles and ensure proper practice.
