The hotel is not far from Pattaya Nuea Intersection, on Sukhumvit Road. There is a lot of parking space and it is easy to travel to tourist attractions in Pattaya.

I was greeted by polite staff who were cheerful and provided excellent service since getting off the car and during my stay.

In front of the hotel, I noticed a small amusement park for children to play and exercise.

I walked in to check in at the lobby, which was spacious and airy. The staff provided polite and fast service.

I booked a KID VIP promotion room. The hotel provided a tent, coloring pictures and a small dolphin doll for children.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. There was no wardrobe but there was a hanger in front of the mirror in the bedroom. There were 2 air conditioners that were very cool. There was a dining area with a microwave, plates, bowls and spoons for convenience and a private balcony to enjoy the view.

Another photo spot is on the 22nd floor. The sea view offers a very wide view. There is free bread and coffee to drink and make yourself.

The most fun thing about staying at this hotel is the children's activities, the Kid Club and the open-air swimming pool on the 3rd floor, which is a salt system with a slide that is not very high and a children's pool area, which has a fitness room in the same area.

The hotel also has a new water park called The Wave, which simulates ocean waves. There are also slides for fun for both children and adults. There is a sand play area for children. In the fountain area, there are turtles spraying water. You will notice that there are staff taking care of every area.
If you feel hungry after playing in the water, you can order food and drinks at the Wave Bar. There is a dining area.

Breakfast at the BlueSpice restaurant on the same floor as the Lobby is served from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. There is a wide variety of breakfast. After you are full, you can go play in the water.
