We were pleasantly surprised to find iO Italian Osteria in Pattaya, having known the brand from our visits in Singapore. Naturally, we were curious to see if the standards matched, especially with the hope of more wallet-friendly pricing in Thailand.

From the moment we arrived, it felt familiar—the same friendly and attentive service greeted us, just like in Singapore. The menu also carried our favourites, and we wasted no time ordering the burrata cheese with Parma ham, aglio olio, and lasagne.

Each dish did not disappoint. The burrata was fresh and creamy, the Parma ham perfectly cured, and the pasta dishes were spot-on in flavour and execution. You could tell that quality control is well managed across their outlets, and the taste was just as satisfying as we remembered.
