The Collective is the main restaurant on the first floor of the Bay Tower of Holiday Inn Pattaya. It can be reached by walking down from the right entrance of the lobby. This restaurant is not only the place where the hotel provides breakfast, but also one of the most popular all-day dining spaces on the Pattaya beach.
