Pattaya's Top Family-Friendly Hotel

The hotel is divided into two main towers, and this time we stayed at the Bay Tower. Be sure to book this tower as all the family-friendly facilities are located here. Otherwise, you'll find yourself frequently moving between the two towers, which can be quite inconvenient.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Although we booked a room with two twin beds, it was spacious enough for two adults and two children. Additionally, our balcony was upgraded to a beach view, even though we originally booked a sea view. At first, we didn't understand why this was considered an upgrade, but when night fell, we realized the beach view was far more stunning than the sea view. We stayed for three nights and often found ourselves enjoying the cool breeze on the balcony, which was even more pleasant than staying in the air-conditioned room.

The hotel facilities are top-notch. There is a pool with slides, though the kids mentioned the water wasn't very clean. There's also an infinity pool with a sea view, which is incredibly relaxing. The hotel staff occasionally organizes children's activities by the pool, creating interactive fun for the little ones. For those who prefer to stay dry, there's an indoor kids' play area where children can burn off energy. If parents get bored waiting for their kids, the hotel even offers foot massage services, though I found them too expensive to try.

Lastly, let's talk about breakfast! There is a wide variety of options, and the seating is comfortable. Most importantly, the system is well-organized. Staff members assign seats and provide table number cards. For items like noodles, omelets, and custom juices, you can place your order at the counters, and the staff will deliver them to your table, so there's no need to wait in line. The service is excellent.
