You can walk right down to the beach and enjoy the view all day. This cafe is called Sunny Beach House Pattaya Cafe.

I personally love this place, but it's a bit hot during the day.
If you go at night, you'll probably love it because of the cool sea breeze.

This cafe has both indoor and outdoor seating.
The prices are also good. Highly recommended.
