Why I chose Gili Air over Gili Trawangan✨

In my 20s, I went to Gili Trawangan🎉

After having fun all night at a beach club and relieving my hangover with Nasi Goreng and Bintang
I could go out and play again in my 20s, Gili Trawangan was heaven🫣

However, when I turned 30 and started liking nature a little more,
and valuing more leisure, I liked Gili Air even more❤️

🔻Why?🔻

✅ Clean underwater environment where you can snorkel on the beach
You can see a few turtles on Gili Trawangan Beach
But the beach on Gili Air was on a different level👀

🪸There is a large coral colony in front of the northeast beach! In addition, it was possible to catch 1 turtle a day🐢
(I saw it in Trawangan, but I didn't see it this often!)

✅ Moderate nightlife and quiet sleep
When I was in my 30s, when my physical strength forced me to tell the end of the day,
I had to sleep quietly even if I went out to play in the evening!😅
And rather than enjoying drinking and dancing like crazy,
I liked spending the night chatting with friends while drinking a moderate amount of cocktails, beer, or whiskey🍸
Gili Air fit this feeling better👍🏻

Most visitors to Gili Air are in their 30s or older,
so the quality of food also increases with age,
so the freshness and quality of food is much higher than in Trawangan!
So no matter what restaurant I went to, it was really delicious✨

⭐️ Of course, it's not that Gili Air is necessarily better!
Depending on your travel style and age, there are islands that are better for you!
