#2024TravelReview
Penang, Malaysia, is a world-renowned tourist destination, attracting thousands of tourists daily. Penang boasts numerous temples and cultural attractions steeped in Chinese heritage. This time, I'd like to introduce a famous local Chinese temple I visited in 2024: the Sanjiang Temple Da Pugong. Admission is free, allowing for photos and blessings. No entrance fee is required. The temple was founded by the first generation of Chinese immigrants to Penang, and has a history spanning over a century. Prayers offered at the temple are highly effective, especially for the health of one's family and oneself. Local Chinese residents frequently visit to pray. The temple is majestic and imposing, with exquisite interior and exterior decorations, making it a perfect place for photo opportunities. Public restrooms and seating areas are available for visitors to relax. It's a must-see attraction in Penang. Address: PT 291, Seksyen 11E, 10300 George Town, Pulau Pinang
Opening Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
