Explore Georgetown: 3 Days Trip Guide

#newyearadventure Exploring Penang on the 1st week of January 2023! I spent 3 days in Georgetown and here’s the itinerary with places I went to upon arriving at Penang International airport.🛬 All by walking & e-hailing car (Grabcar mostly).

1st Day:
- Visit Clan Jetties of Penang (my favourite is Chew Jetty to watch white stork / bangau putih)
- 10mins Walking to La Vie En Rose Cafe to get coffee & desserts
- My bagpack is heavy so I went to my hotel Travelodge Georgetown and they can keep my bag prior to check in for free! 😬
- E-hailing to Lebuh Chulia for sightseeing

- Visit Penang Street Art, ride trickshaw, visit Kapitan Keling mosque, eat the famous Ais Kepal, Visit Batik Painting Museum, did innai on my hand
- Dinner at Restoran Kapitan Chulia street
- Night: Chill at China House with music performance & have desserts

2nd Day:
- Breakfast at Hutton Lane Roti Bakar, 5mins walk to Roti Canai Transfer Road for 2nd breakfast 🤣
- Sightseeing nearby including Harry Potter cafe, The TOP Komtar Penang, trying out Cendol Penang, then Ais Tingkap
- Lunch Nasi Kandar at famous Hameediyah
- Visit Wonder food museum, Ghost museum, Upside down museum
- Night: Relax as tomorrow gonna spend the whole day at Bukit Bendera, Penang.

3rd Day: Bukit Bendera/ Penang Hills.
- Cable car to Bukit Bendera
- The Habitat
- try out Kopi Hutan
- Ais Kacang at Penang Hill
-Evening: Shopping nearby Lebuh Keng Kwee
- Night: Rest as tomorrow to catch early morning train to Alor Setar, Kedah🚂
