🌶️ Malaysia is famous for its spices. From the Age of Discovery to the 21st century, spices have been inseparable from the cuisine here, among which chili pepper is one of the most widely used spices.

Chef Rosti of DKW is a chef and owner from Sarawak, East Malaysia. He is very attentive in sharing the story and production process of each chili sauce. It is a restaurant with a story. There are a lot of special chili peppers on the menu, which are paired with different vegetables and meats. This time I ordered the fried chicken set. The bright red sauce, tempeh and tofu are really a perfect combination!
