This place is a famous place for roast meat like charsiu or siuyok. But what made me fell in love was their beef noodles and soup dumplings.
First, the beef noodles comes almost always with GENEROUS portion of meat, which includes both meat and tendon (usually more expensive) at RM12? The sauce was so rich and flavorful that every bite of noodles was enjoyable. But they only served it on Wed and weekends.
The soup dumplings are available whole week around. First it’s well-seasoned, huge PLUS there’s a full prawn (though small one) in each of them. What’s more is that the soup is no ordinary soup but cooked with a lot of dried squid. You can taste the umami of dried seafood from the soup—I can guarantee it’s not primarily msg. I usually drink it all without getting thirsty.
