Booked Again at Starling – And Still No Regrets!

Headed to The Starling in PJ and waddled straight to BookXcess at Level 3—my wallet’s guilty pleasure. Think 10,500 sq ft of discounted reads (50–80 % off!), cool air-conditioning, and a café inside for pretentious coffee poses ☕️ .

Walked in with a plan to just browse. Three hours later, I… might have brought home seven books. But hey, bargains! Then I pulled out my best bench pose at Madeleine Café—with waffles and croissants, obviously ().

Bonus flex: tapping into their free workspace—outlets included—so I could pretend to work while really just reading the first chapter of every book I bought .
