Did I just find the best waffle place?

Fluffed cafe at PJ is the best waffle place I’ve eaten so far, it reminds me of one of the cafe I’ve eaten in Seoul. This place is usually packed, I was lucky that the queue was not too long because I came at a non peak hour around 5pm. All their waffles looks great and I really had a hard time picking 2 🥲

I ordered a pistachio waffle ice cream, it came with a super light and smooth strawberry fresh cream and fresh fruits, the pistachio ice cream was served at the side. I love how crispy is the waffle and the ice cream was so good! So nutty and creamy, can tell their are using good quality nuts!

We also ordered a pandan waffle with coconut ice cream and kaya, some of them prefer this more but I think is too sweet for me. I like the pandan waffle, it’s more chewy and not so crispy, it was the perfect pair with the coconut ice cream! I personally think can do without the kaya.

Coffee here was good as well, I ended up hit a packet of coffee bean 😜
