Wat Huai Sai Khao was built around 1857 in the Mahanikaya style. This temple has been continuously supported by the Ariyamang family.

The temple has beautiful architecture, uniqueness, bright colors, and unusual sculptures.
The sculptures in the temple include the Ubosot, the uniquely artistic pagoda, the sea butterfly statue, elephants, Naga stairs, giant lotus, and Garuda riding a rocket, which are unique and outstanding sculptures. It is another check-in point, one of the tourist attractions in Chiang Rai Province that should not be missed.
