In the city of Phnom Penh..
There is a luxury Korean restaurant called Daejanggeum...
The visual of the yukhoe (Korean-style raw beef) in the yukhoe bibimbap is amazing...
And the seemingly plain perilla seed oil makguksu (buckwheat noodles) has a rich and nutty flavor that both children and adults will love..
It's a clean taste that's not spicy!!
The side dishes are also delicious...
The fried seaweed is salty and savory...
