Wat Lokayasutha is an ancient temple in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, located in the northwest of the city island. The highlight of this temple is the large reclining Buddha statue, which is 42 meters long and 8 meters high. The Buddha statue is enshrined outdoors and is beautifully proportioned. It is believed that it was built in the late Ayutthaya period to serve as a center for religious ceremonies. Inside the temple, there are still traces of ancient sites, including pagodas and building bases, reflecting the greatness of Ayutthaya in the past.

How to get there:
- Private car: Drive along Rojana Road into Ayutthaya City Island.
- Public bus: Take a songthaew or tuk-tuk from Ayutthaya Bus Station.
- Train: Get off at Ayutthaya Station and then take a three-wheeled vehicle or rent a bicycle.
