Bliss to Bake is a hidden bakery in Ayutthaya. Located inside Ton Mamuang Cafe, the atmosphere is wonderful, nestled beneath the trees of the Chao Phraya River, opposite Wat Phutthaisawan. Here, you'll find a restaurant, cafe, and bakery all in one place.
We intended to eat at Ton Mamuang Cafe, but we found this bakery and decided to give it a try. It was amazing! The aroma and deliciousness of the bakery's ingredients, including the butter, are imported from France, resulting in a premium taste. Croissant lovers, this is a must-try. Ton Mamuang Cafe is open from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. I'm not sure if the bakery is open during the same hours. The map only shows Saturdays and Sundays, but we happened to be there on Sunday.
