The Holy Land of Aoshan is located in the south of Langzhong Ancient City, facing the ancient city across the river. It is the place where the dragon and tiger of Langzhong's mountain, water, and city meet and the yin and yang are in harmony. It is the place where the spiritual vein of Aoshan is concentrated and it is an excellent place to view the four feng shui symbols of Langzhong and the overall picture of the ancient city.

The mountain enshrines "Master Kuixing Emperor" and "Great Emperor of the Three Realms Subduing Demons, whose might shakes the heavens". They are the two immortals Kuixing and Guan Gong, so Aoshan is also known as "Erling Mountain". In the old days, there was an endless stream of believers who went to Aoshan every year to pray to Kuixing for wisdom and to pray to Guandi for blessings and wealth.
