A relaxing hotel in the forest

I found a wonderful hotel in Ayutthaya, so I'd like to introduce it to you!

Baanteawan Hotel, a small hotel nestled in the forest.

More like a pension or B&B than a hotel?

When you pass through the gate, you'll find a beautiful garden, and the owner will greet you with a smile.

The meticulously maintained garden is truly stunning!

The staff meticulously mowed the lawn.

In the morning, they carefully wiped down each and every table and chair in the garden.

I've never seen such attention to detail abroad.

And the breakfast in the midst of the greenery was delicious!

Upon check-in, you'll be asked to choose your breakfast.

We chose "porridge" and "croissant and fruit platter."

Other options seemed to be continental and a satay and rice platter.

Salad, fruit, and drinks are self-service.

Toast is also available, and I tried some honey from the table, which was absolutely delicious.

After breakfast,
we took a rest in the lovely garden.

The view was so beautiful I wanted to gaze at it forever.
It was a truly relaxing time.

The only downside was the fixed rainforest shower.
It might be a little difficult for Japanese people to use.
But that made up for the hotel's many charms.
It was a hotel I'd love to return to.
