Beautiful temple on the banks of the Chao Phraya River

#VisitAyutthaya "Wat Kasatrathirat Worawihan" is located on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River, Ban Pom Subdistrict, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. It is an ancient temple. Evidence has shown that it has existed since the Ayutthaya period. It was originally called Wat Kasattra or Kasattraram or Kasatrawas. There is no evidence of who built it, but the name of the temple makes us assume that it must have been built by a king or a member of the royal family during the Ayutthaya period. Therefore, this temple is called Wat Kasattra, which means the temple of the king or the temple of the king. #wattosann
