It's like we've lost our way and found ourselves at Ping Ruea Cafe, a charming cafe hidden in the Hua Khuang community in Mueang District, Phrae Province. Originally a two-story wooden house, the ground floor has been transformed into a meeting place for socializing, exhibiting handicrafts, drawing, painting, and bottle painting. They also serve tea, coffee, and other beverages. Surrounding the house is a garden with trees, creating a wonderful atmosphere. They also serve snacks. The most delicious and classic dish is the Nam Ngiao Nam Moo (pork and pork soup). If you're in Phrae and haven't tried Nam Ngiao Nam Sai (clear soup), a secret recipe from Phrae, you've truly missed out.
