🎋Invite everyone to visit and pay homage to the sacred objects at Wat Phongsunan (formerly Wat Pongsanuk) in Mueang Phrae District. This ancient temple was renovated and renamed after Luang Phongphibun and Chao Sunanta. Inside the temple, there are many interesting things to worship for good fortune, such as Phra Chao Saensuk, a 568-year-old Buddha image in the subduing Mara posture enshrined in the ordination hall, and a large, radiant golden reclining Buddha prominently displayed along the temple wall. There's also Phra Chao Thanjai, standing and pointing, which is believed to grant wishes if you place your forehead close to your index finger, a unique belief that wishes will be granted.

🌷Wat Phongsunan is also remarkable for its architecture and art, particularly the Wihan Kaew Phra That Chedi 108 Yod. This white viharn houses 108 chedis, surrounded by a wall of 108 crystal balls. The miraculous reflection of the Wihan Kaew Phra That Chedi 108 Yod, when viewed through the crystal balls, creates a magical image. There's also Phra Saraswati Prasarnphon. Enshrined within this temple are a large Buddha image, along with a chedi containing relics of the Lord Buddha and numerous ancient Buddha images. This is another important site in Phrae Province, worthy of a visit and a place to make merit for good fortune.
