Best Stay at JW Marriott Emerald Bay, Phu Quoc

Recently returned from JW Marriott Emerald Bay, Phu Quoc, and it's easily the finest hotel I've ever experienced. Everything exceeded expectations. The design and amenities are simply breathtaking. The entire resort resembles an artwork—the architecture, the pools, the vibrant gardens, and all the attentive decorative touches make every spot picture-perfect. The level of detail is extraordinary. The beach is ideal: soft white sands, clear turquoise waters, and it's stunning to view from your room or while taking a walk. It truly felt like a paradise. A special mention to Zoe at check-in—always smiling, very friendly, and she genuinely made us feel at home. Jessica, too—you could see she sincerely wanted us to have the best stay, full of warmth and sincerity. Their genuine care made us feel exceptional. Breakfast was another standout—the buffet has all you could want, immaculately presented, and with top-notch fresh ingredients. Winnie was there every morning, very friendly, and made an incredible coconut coffee for me. Housekeeping also deserves commendation: the room was always spotless, with thoughtful details everywhere, showcasing their attention to detail. Cute little towel elephants on the bed every day too! Also memorable was the vibe at the Department of Chemistry Bar—the drinks and atmosphere were just right for relaxing. Although I didn’t catch their names, we visited for three consecutive nights, and every staff member was wonderful! I highly recommend this place—I’m already dreaming of a return visit.
