Another favorite Vietnamese dish that I always try when I visit Vietnam, no matter where I go, is Vietnamese-style grilled marinated pork rice served on broken rice.

This time in Phu Quoc, I found this restaurant because it's near the Phu Quoc Night Market (at the entrance to the market, the restaurant is on the right-hand side, just a 100-meter walk). It's a shophouse with a local atmosphere, similar to a local made-to-order restaurant.

This restaurant uses marinated pork ribs grilled to perfection. They're delicious and served with pork skin and pickled vegetables. Prices range from around 60-80 baht. If you like this dish, give it a try.
