Intercontinental Phuket Resort organizes Fine Dining at Charas Restaurant by joining hands with 3 chefs, including Chef Black, a famous chef from Chiang Mai Province, to create a total of 6 courses. Each dish that is brought and served uses ingredients from local villagers, natives, and local areas. Some menus Chef Black traveled to find in Phang Nga, such as seaweed collected from the sea. He also adapted the cooking method from his grandmother who found it into a Fine Dining menu.

If anyone comes to stay here, I would like you to try a new experience in food culture, along with Wine pairing.
